The structure is simple: six weeks, one video coaching workshop per week (access in your own time).

Plus email coaching support from me, Annie Ridout – qualified coach and founder of the Robora.

It will particularly suit women with lots of responsibilities, whose schedules can change last minute, so need the flexibility of a ‘pocket coach’.

  • Six coaching workshops, released one per week, over six weeks.
  • They’re short and snappy – maximum length is 20 minutes.
  • Email support from me: send me your responses to the coaching exercises, or other mindset challenges and I’ll respond promptly (10am-3pm, Monday-Friday).
  • Usually, I charge £300 for one phone call, so this is really good value.

Why I’m the person to run it:

I’m a qualified coach, and my speciality is encouraging women to believe in themselves. Because when you believe in yourself, your day-to-day life becomes vastly improved and your wildest dreams start coming true.

Alongside coaching, I’m the author of two non-fiction books: The Freelance Mum: A flexible career guide for better work-life balance and Shy: How being quiet can lead to success. I’m also a freelance journalist, writing regularly for Grazia, the Guardian, Red Magazine, the Telegraph and more.

Plus I have three young children and flex my work around them. So I understand the work-life balance challenges that other working mums face.
