In a funk? This exercise will help you to work out what’s out of balance, and how you can correct it…
A few weeks back, I was really busy.
I had three public speaking gigs to prepare for.
Plus this business to run, poetry books to sell, social media to update etc.
Oh, and three young kids to look after.
Once the events had passed, I slowed down.
Got pissed, had some fun.
And then today, I was feeling a bit stuck.
I wasn’t sure where I should be focusing my attention – short-term and long-term.
So I logged into my Robora account and completed some of the coaching exercises from my course ‘what do I want to do with my life‘.
A lot of these exercises are worth revisiting regularly as daily life, and our priorities, change over time.
If you’re in a funk and would like to work out what you need to do to pull yourself out, a good place to start is by looking at what’s going on in your life right now:
What’s working; where is there room for improvement?
This wheel of life exercise can be really useful, for guidance.
I was quite surprised by what came up for me.
I’d love to know how it goes, for you.
Ps. If you’d like more of the above, have a look at my course ‘what do I want to do with my life’. It will help you to identify where you’re off-kilter and how to correct it.
